irritate of dirt?

Dirt surrounds you at anytime or place. They are very disgusting and definitely irritate on you. How can you make thing like this avoid it and somehow out of your sight. Could have been any prevention of it or what, or what should...

carvey Yah, there many people throwing their garbage in the wrong place unless there are others who can advice and telling to them in right place or time. If you notice kind of behavior or something like this, did you tell or advice them?
