what is best for removing nicotine from white min blinds?

These blinds are worth saving but need the nicotine cleaned off. What will bring them back to white without damaging them? They have turned like a pale brown.

catgurnos1 my blinds have also tyrned a pale brown.do you use white vinegar or brown.
