How to not pressure yourself from studying?

can anybody teach me? its just im really pressured in my studies.. and i dont like it..

chenhong82 i have the same problem. in my opinion when i felt very bad,i often do my favorit job instead of studing.for example,listening to music,playing football,swimming... how can i love studing? my god!
