Well, I haven't seen this discussion so I'll start it! Anyone here have a hard time getting a job because of a criminal background?

James72 No thank goodness becasue I don't have one! If I was interviewing someone that DID have one (And I have before on a number of occasions) as long as they were upfront and honest about it and the crime they committed was not directly threatening to the company...

AnGeLiCnZ I really dont think it has anything to do with the situation, it has to do with the person who is intending on committing suicide. What is going through their head at the time, Why they ended up in that predicament to begin with. Maybe it is through peer...
