cmen72 This is an awful suggestion. A person can take in more calories if their meals and planned out properly,macros are not mixed,and timing is right. STOP giving bad advice everyone!!!!!

cmen72 WOW...this is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. You can certainly get up to a decent target heart rate without sweating. Everyone's different man..don't give out advice when you aren't qualified to do so.

cmen72 Yes it is basically a profile. You don't necessarily have to make new friends but that certainly is an option. I mainly use it to keep in contact with my current friends.

cmen72 A lot of people would say this and it is true in a sense. I say keep it to fake wrestling and bodybuilding. They do make for some pretty intense baseball, football games etc. etc.
