some people can,t eat certain kinds of food,because of having high blood preasure,are some other health problems because foods do have a big affect on your over-all health.some people can,t eat red meat,some can,t eat certain...

coastalgetaway I understand....I'm blessed that I work in a mall that there is a Huge Chinese Grocery store....it seems like they have everything available year round. So, after work , about every 2 or 3 days, I just drop in and pick up whatever I need.

coastalgetaway I'm actually finding it a cheaper way of eating when it comes to buying groceries....I don't buy steak, pork, ham, bacon or chicken anymore....instead I'm buying Tofu and Salmon. Also, the majority of my grocery cart is Fruits and Veggies.

Cheap Flight!

I just booked a cheap flight from Canada to "Turks and Caicos" (Caribbean) in October for $440.00 CDN. This flight is usually over $1100.00! I'm so excited to go there! I love to travel by myself....so this trip, I'm going alone!
