Some of these ptc sites are great and I am seeing a good few dollars creeping my way, but is there a directory of all the bad ones that people can see at a glance?? Theres nothing worse than getting mugged for $3 now is there :-)

colesstuff Try raise a dispute with your pay source, and secondly your credit card company you can get this money back, cc companies can reclaim for up to 4months, I have sucessfully managed to get my money back from depacco.com, well not them but my credit card company...
