Why does my computer so slow?

When I use vista,my computer become several times slower than before,I don't konw how to solve this problem.

coolneil If you have a 768 mb ram and 256 mb graphics card, vista will run smooth and fine. Dont keep too many programs running at a time this could get you slower.
