Cynthia Wambui I pray and read encouraging quotes. I also talk to my baby. She's too young to understand what I say but it feels good knowing that I can talk to her. It's almost therapeutic :-)

Cynthia Wambui I would like to add weight too. Since I gave birth my weight's been reducing month by month. It bothers me but i'm hopeful i'll gain it back someday.
