damonlady i think is very important to know english.. and it does help u a lot.. cause the programs, soft used on computer are made in english language, if u don't work with computers and u r an assistent for a international company.. u need to know english..cause...

damonlady i smoke when i'm upset, never drink and eat only when i'm hungry.. when i'm depressed well that doesn't happen very often... or haven't happen in a very long time...so...
