I plan to go to visit Suriname and i dunno about the food and if people are racist there? I ask just because I am Canadian but my friend is Dutch and Suriname is an old colony of Netherlands, we don't want racist problems when...

Where to travel to be able to build a bottle house?

There are bottle houses in Argentina, Africa and Phillipines, but can we build our own house? If YES where in the world at low cost?
