are your eyes healthy? or do you wear glasses. i wear glasses just because i do sit in front of computers all the time. express your views.

deepshell Sitting infront of computer for a long duration makes eyes tired depleting the tear glands so move away from computer for every two or three hours. I too wear spectacles and one of my eye gets reddened due to using computer
