GOT PAID - Minimum amount to get paid is less than 3$ !!!

Got paid by this site: http://www.uniqpaid.com/cgi-bin/main.cgi?cmd=newref&refid=281036 I used paypal and even when I accumulated only 3$ it paid it. some action you do pays you more than 10$ or 20 dollars... So please...
