Sky I think Visa has some good new comer plans. I am not sure about mastercard and american express.

topffer It is 13 years old in my country, but minor children are judged by special courts with some specific rules. The most important being that the trial is closed/not opened to the public and that the name of minor children convicted cannot be given by the media....
