Gwidion When I'm too stressed, I usually go for a walk. I try to clean my mind of thoughts, and just walk somewhere. Or, if I 'm stressed because of a problem, I just try to solve it while walking. Somehow, walking makes me think better. Give it a try. Good luck.

Beautiful_Nightmare For me it's normally simply watching TV. I find that computer games (either on pc or console) can sometimes make it worse if you get stuck on a certain bit and can't get past it. Sometimes I'll just sit in silence and think to myself or look at my collection...

its-logos-plus-logic Yes, it's unfortunate. I think life is so fast and harried these days (fast paced and demanding) that some give in to the temptation, to as you said pacify a child with a bottle, and later food... But these things will influence the child's whole life.
