How do you get your referrals?

In making money online, most of it you have to get referrals. How do you do this and what is the most effective way for you???

uninstall cashgopher

so i got this program, cashgopher and all i have to say is that it sucks. never got a single cent from it! so, anyone of you know how to uninstall this useless program that does not work for me?
