ediza02 I love both but I enjoy more with photos. With videos, I can only watch once or twice and that's enough or if I really like it I would compile some. With photos I enjoy it even after few years. I love making videos out of photos too.

ediza02 Depends on how far you know the source of the meat and how confident are you in terms of handling the meat. If I am sure that the meat 100% fresh, I can go with rare to medium. The flavor is still intact, juicy and tender. Overcooked meat tends to be tough....
