How come I am not getting very many resposes to my discussions?

I post discussions and I have only gotten like 0 to 4 or 5 responses except for my first post ever I got 12...am I doing something wrong, is that why Iam not getting as many responses? I mean I am even putting tags on...

I eat easy to prepare things, like ramen noodles. Right now I'm eating State Fair Corn Dogs and Tostino's Pizza Rolls (some nice lunch huh?)
