Joanie New workers bring change to the job, change that the older workers may not want to embrace. If you never try new things you remain stagnant. The senior workers do not always know what's best, and the new ones show be respected, listened to and given a chance

Does anyone have experience with having their credit history, criminal records, etc. being considered when they have applied for jobs before?

Patti G @elizawallner No, I did not know that. I can imagine even if someone is a few days late and that showing up, it must not do too much for their credibility.

Happy Homestead @elizawallner Bubblews used to be very active, but now it is on the edge of going under. You may get about 4 posts an hour being written, half of those are spam or plagiarized - and on the posts you will be lucky to get two likes and comments. Also, they...

Koalemos I was also absent for a while and spent my time at Bubblews. The earnings were not the major factor in this for me, it was simply that Mylot became quiet for a while and Bubblews was very active.

Canadian Archer Yes, to some extent, a lot of jobs I've had since they are dealing with people and caring for others required background checks-but I can't say anyone has ever asked for a credit history for me re. a job though:)
