Adriana Jama-Lipa It depends on the friend and situation. So far, I've been honest with my friends and one time it finished the relationship. I don't regret, but I think the end wouldn't be so harsh if I were more diplomatic. With time, I've learned how to communicate better...

Toni Telling the truth may hurt but it cures. Telling a lie can temporarily cure but destroy the relationship forever. my answer? that depends on what kind of lie and the situation.

Cristy Social skills... Have more friends to interact with. Like playing and working with them most of the time.Spend more time wth your family. Or maybe have self - analysis to better know your self, your wants, needs, likes or dislikes. Those are the techniques...

IvySaysHi I don't know if that is possible. I don't have ADHD, but there are people who are for both sides of this argument of whether or not medication is the right thing to use for it
