Where have all the Horror Movies Gone?

I may be getting old but I cannot remember a single "Horror" movie in the past 10-20 years that has actually been frightening. I long for the movies that would make me sit on my feet on the couch so that nothing could grab me...

erinjcarney The truth is that everyone has substituted "Gory" with "Horror" which is just stupid. I can't believe no one has brought this up before.

erinjcarney Think of a large frying pan, and you crack an egg directly in the center. Now the center of the egg is the center of the universe, and the slowly spreading egg white is the edge of the universe. Is there anything beyond that, or what my question is really is....
