evelyntan Yeah, you could do that, I read in a newspaper article that green is soothing and relaxing to the eye compared to other colours. Plenty of things are green - the grass, potted plants - cactus? I'm sure there are things around you that are green, aren't there?

evelyntan Then you should give your eyes some rest - don't look at the screen too long. I've heard say that you should look at something green every hour for a while but I feel an hour is too short - maybe 2 hours. I leave the screen whenever I get too tired and return...
