I did 2,000 steps in my stepper. Do you ever exercise?!

Since 2 weeks i bought my new stepper, I am everyday really into it! I started with 100 steps and increase it deliberately until I reach 2 days back, 2,000 steps. I plan to increase it upto 5,000 steps in 2 months...

farthestpoint As Nike said, Just Do It! I am normally a very lazy person when it comes to exercise...however, when I start something, i tend to get extreme about it (with anything by the way!) I recently shouted at the manager of the club I used to spend my after work...
