fayol727 thanks jasmeena. as of now i am happy with my life now..im enjoying now with my friends company. i am much better now than before.

fayol727 yeah exercise really helps a lot. i will do everything to stop myself from being addicted to chocolates or any sweets because it is one of the primary reason why i am not succesfull in reducing weight.

fayol727 chocolates are very addictive,sometimes i cant stop myself from buying/eating them.fruits and vegetables are also in my list and i seldom eat of that.maybe its the perfect time to change my eating habits.i do not want to suffer in the future. thank you for...

fayol727 i used to do walking at night but i dont see any improvement to myself. i ate less at night but i still have the same weight.:-(
