how do we make money using this website?

so i signed up and have replied to about 10 discussions, and this is my 2nd that i've started. it updates the website every 24 hours, how do you receive the money for these discissions? hope it's not a waste of time

ever notice when you search for somebody on facebook, there always happens to be about 500 of them? i think they should make some type of code that tries to route out the person that you are looking for by comparing your location,...
