Wounded or not (physically or emotionally), ice cream always helps us feel better. What is your favorite? I know I eat an entire half gallon of cookie dough ice cream when Im sad!

Can drinking alot of water help you loose weight??

As i heard by many people that drinking a lot of water makes u fatless and heathy specially if u take water with lemon. Is this right or have any side effect
