fluffhead forgot to mention-if you are in a parking lot, before setting out onto the road-hit the gas hard, and then slam the brakes to see what the reaction to those will be in current weather conditions. I always do those when I start my drive in bad weather.

fluffhead If the company loses money, they still have to make the bond payments. There is a risk they will default, and usually that happens if and when they go bankrupt. If that happens, you are among the creditors who get a piece of that liquidation.

I am in the process of trying to quit smoking Cigs. I have tried the patch, and cold turkey. Does anyone know exactly how long the nicotine remains in your system for? Also if there is a better way to clean yourself out besides...

fluffhead I naturally take Vit C anyway, so I guess I'm on the right track. I haven't had to bad of nicotine fits today, so the green tea/water flush seems to be working somewhat well for today. Thanks for the input

fluffhead I was under the impression that after 15-20 years your lungs eventually fully clense themselves, but you have to not smoke at all for that to happen. I just reached the committment point, I think that is why my previous attempts have been unsuccessful....

fluffhead I Agree-3-6 months worth of expenses is a good target for your cash reserves. If your expenses are $1000 per month, try to maintain reserves of $3000-$6000 at all times if possible.
