Do you drink enough water everyday

Some people told me to drink at least 8 big cups of water each day, it is necessary. I knew it is good for my healthy, but to be honest, I could not reach that level. I only drink when I feel thirsty, because I often forget...

foreverru I doesn‘t always drink water in everyday life .I didn’t drink water until need water .And then I am seem with the writer ,certainly I know about this knowledge .so I agree with author.

foreverru Now,I didn't see her new music video .but I am very intrested her action.Today I meet she is first day.Begin I caught photo of she ,then I like her eyes very much,her expression absorbed me .More people like the famous star because they cute and looking light...
