all about spicy food

tips for spicy lover's if you want eat a spicy food prefreable before meals,do not forget tochew the drug to coat your stomach .so congratulations enjoy spicy food ... may be usefull ...:)

gofernd a less acute stomach ,can be use antacids or ranitidine . an hours before meals two times a day .maybe useful ..

Do you like hot and spicy food?

I like hot and spicy food but my stomach dont like it. When i eat spicy food my stomach get pain and next day i always go to toilet. Do you also same like me or do you not have any problem to eat spicy food.
