Do you take vitamins?

I try to take a daily multi-vitamin, plus a calcium supplement. Do you take any vitamins? And, do you take any specials one like extra Vitamin C?

grace28 i'm taking lifepak now, it has 25 essential vitamins including alphaliphoic acid (which you can also get from 210 lbs of spinach) to enhance memory.

Which do you prefer most? and why? I've seen both shows and I love OTH better because of it's plot- clearly it explains how the characters evolved from beginning up to the present furthermore I love Lucas quotes!:D

grace28 i've watched both and youre right, one tree hill has more depth. and it also means it's more dramatic. i can't believe those kids are just high school students, theyve got more problems than my mom! but i also like the oc very much. it's a feel good tv show...
