At the start of the new year, I made a vow to keep a closer watch on my health - starting with a blood pressure monitoring machine. However when I mentioned this to a friend she said there was no need to go out and buy a machine....

Jyra Rancel These apps can be very inaccurate. A machine will be better but of course that depends on the budget :)
