do you really need to be fit? i mean exercises and walking,how important is it? many people need it but for different purpose. may be their work need it, keeping healthy, meeting new people, feeling young, be slim, be energetic,...

hamodi it is nice to be in shape, young, and youthful. you can feel it all the time!! after all it is not a waste of time, in fact you save a lot of money in different ways. but do you do it outdoor or inside, it does make a difference?
