Rape - what should be the punishment

I know over here in England, the government are looking at changing the punishments for rape. Leas than 10% of rapes are actually reported, this is due to over 85% of rape trails are failed to be seen as rape, as the judge sees...

harshtongia yes there should be punish ment and only punshment should be of hanging that person to death or atlest lifetime imprisonment
