For myself, I try to eat more or less at the same time each day for all 3 meals unless it is virtually impossible to do so. The reason being that I am afraid of getting

havemycake i think many women (maybe even most women?) eat their emotions. when things are balanced in my life, i eat regularly and healthily. when i am EXTREMELY upset, i don't eat at all. when i am a little upset, stressed, etc., i eat way, way too much. also, for me...
