Hemant83 My resolutions are work hard and yes next year i just want to live for my mom and dad. I was away from them since last 01. So i will spend whole year with my parents and try to make happy them. you take care and have a nice day. happy christmas.

Metallion Sorry, but actually they aren't entitled to any tip, so I don't believe in 20% as "the standard". Generally I consider 15% as what I start out with and adjust it from there. If the service is great I might go as high as 25%, completely above the expected...
