Shmuffin Baby... - The 'Shmuffin' is an M-T-O (Made-To-Order) menu item from the popular gas station/convenience store Sheetz in Southwestern Pennsylvania. A Shmiffin is basically an English Muffin with eggs, cheese, bacon or sausage, and anything else you might like. I like mine with pickles :)
