Drop To Drop - Humans face two primary problems in getting fed and getting drinking water. Energy is required to get clean drinking water where it is either nonexistent or scarce. We must focus on cheapening new sources of solar energy and ocean wave energy in desert climes where resources for farming would be, with the exception of water, plentiful. There is sun, soil can be manufactured or hydroponic crops. Once energy is cheap, desalination can be used to get the water needed to grow vegetables to make the desert bloom. Cheap energy leads to plentiful water leads to plentiful food.
