The Last Judgment, related to the Second Coming, - Painting by Jean Cousin the Younger (c. late 16th century). Ask not if Jesus comes who would accept him but ask who would seek to crucify him. Whether it would be Muslims, Christians, Hindus, Jews or Buddhists? I think Christians themselves would seek to crucify him because they would be the ones who would be disappointed that he did not come on the clouds, not every eye saw him coming, and he is not even in the semblance of what they had imagined. Jesus would return would the chosen few and he would go back with them to the kingdom of heaven and the rest he would condemn to the dungeons of hell.
