Caesar's Mushroom - The king of Southern Europe mushrooms and the Holy grail for a mushroom picker : Caesar's mushroom -- Amanita caesarea --, picked by myself this afternoon of August, a month in advance : it likes hot weather and rain, and enjoys 2011. It is the best edible mushroom in France, eatable raw or cooked with oil, salt, garlic and parsley. Sadly, I had no camera with me and took this picture in my garden :(
