My brother in law was held up just recently and gone is his newly bought cellphone. It's a pity because he really saved up for it. I told him that NTC is able to block a mobile phones IMEI number. If it's blocked there's no way...

jaja439 Report it to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and make a request to track it down using their systems..then let them locate the exact location of your cellphone and ask them to use Google Earth in plotting the exact coordinates of the thief...
