sahira caffeiene has negative effects in our health, but I didn't know that chocolate also has caffeine,I love coffee and tea and i don't know how to minimize drinking such stuff..anyway thanks because this is useful information.

25th_Stargazer There is still one thing that is good about caffeine. I heard that it helps in food digestion. When you feel like you're bloated after a heavy meal, try to drink a cup of coffee. Works like magic. :)
