ARE LARGE NUMBER OF ENGINEERING COLLEGES IN INDIA REALLY HELPFUL??

ACCORDING TO ME ITS JUST DEGRADING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION.THERE SHOULD ONLY BE LIMITED NUMBER OF COLLEGES ALLOWED.QUALITY SHOULD MATTER NOT THE QUANTITY.
