when every something happened to me big small anything i start thinking about it .... actually overthinking and then idk how to stop it , that puts me in depression , and i couldn't help my self

cmoneyspinner @jateennilcamal - Unless it's something physical like a problem with their brain, people who are depressed get depressed mainly because of what they're thinking about it. Since that's the source of what's bothering them. So it seems logical to change what...
