Would you return a wallet if it had money in it or keep it?

My brother lost his wallet once. We figured it was long gone and so he just canceled his cards and got a new license. Then one day, we got something in the mail and it was his wallet. We looked through it and everything was there...

Abby123 No I can say heart and soul that if I found a wallet in the sreet that I most surely would return it if it had an address in there by all means.If I were to lose mine maybe someone would do the ssame for me,I live in hopes anyway.
