Pentium 970

Recently, I have purchased a new laptop. It has pentium 970 processor with 1.5 GHz. Adobe photoshop cs 6 couldn't work appropriately on it. Is it related with my computer or program? What do you think about it?

jeffanswers Yes what exactly is wrong with Photoshop. Does it run slowly, or crash? I personally am able to run it with 32MB dedicated video memory, and I don't think it needs an amazing processor to run.
