jmcclearia 8 hours is perfect time for sleep. I feel that 6 does the trick for me but if i can get 8 on the weekends its great. Especially if your active and exersise regularly, adiquate sleep is seriously important. energy and nutrition all can come back to your sleep...

jmcclearia I love hip hop/rap. It is definately my favorite music. Not the ignorant kind, but the kind with meaning. I am also a rock fan. TI, Gucci mane, lil wayne, drake, the game, 3 doors down, 3 days grace, metallica, notorious, tupac. I just pretty much love music
