views on the death penalty...

iwillmakeyouthink @iwillmakeyouthink (22) • Canada 14 Dec 06

I was always for the death penalty, and still am under the right circumstances but this has really made me think of all the things to consider. What If a stranger walked into your house right now and shot and killed the person...

jsnnyj I'm for death penalty, however that does not mean I think it should be used at every opportunity. Definitely not how the U.S. is using it. I'm more of a labour camps type of guy but would support death penalty in extreme circumstances.

Ever ok to hit a woman?

what_now @what_now (554) • Canada 1 Dec 06

I am just conercened if it is ever ok to hit a woman? Being a man sometimes it can be really tough. There is so much pressure on not hitting a woman what so ever? But what if the woman hits you first? the thing is, if a woman hits...

jsnnyj Well I guess the answer to this question depends on whether you think hitting is ok in general. The thread title suggests that women should be treated differently, why is it ok to hit a man rather than a women? This is kind of double standard.

jsnnyj Personally I don't like it, it's not really a sport, I mean I'm a sports guy with multiple interest and can generallly enjoy most sports on tv. But pro wrestling really doesn't spark any interest.

Toughest interview questions

juliocstryfe @juliocstryfe (2019) • Brazil 30 Nov 06

What doyou guys think of these? 1. Tell me about yourself. 2. What do you know about our organization? 3. Why do you want to work for us? 4. What can you do for us that someone else can't? 5. What do you find most...

jsnnyj I think the toughest is probably where they ask you your leadership skills. Also, some of the ethics questions are tricky, for example there was one where it asks whether you would return the money if a cashier accidentally gave you more. The question seems...

Are the new Xray Screeners at airports an invasion of privacy?

medooley @medooley (1873) • United States 1 Dec 06

There is a new type of screening that they are using at the airport in Pheonix. This machine takes an x-ray of you, this provides a much better detail of what the person might be carring, however the image the it produces can be...

jsnnyj Hmmm. there's got to be a balance between privacy and public safety. The problem is that either way you have people complaining about everything you do. You can't guarantee personal privacy at the expense of potentially endangering many other people.
