stupid dog!!!

can anyone help me out here?? my lab ( i have two dogs, a lab and a boxer)has this spot on his back side that he.won't.quit.scratching. he's got it all rubbed raw and it is nasty looking...does anyone have an idea how to treat...

I have no problem with the housework around my house, EXCEPT laundry. I cannot keep up with it no matter how hard I try. Dishes, Vacuuming, Dusting, cleaning the bathroom....no problem, but I detest laundry!!! Are there any other...
