would you use beer for tanning?

i know someone from the philippines who uses beer, instead of a tanning lotion, and it was effective. It gave a bronzy tan color. I'm gonna try it next summer..

julz0317 i heard of that and i do it all the time. It gives me a dark bronze tan well at first i burn), im trying to find out if its bad for your pores but cant seem to find a answer??????
