A lot of us thinks of Christmas as EXCHANGING gifts right? but during gift giving. what is the true essence of it? what are the things you really need?

karishna I love to eat food too especially sweets because i do love to bake and taste what I have made. It is better for you to have tea and do exercises. Tea is good for your health and it can also make your skin good ^_^.
